§ How to use

How to create a professional HTML email signature

Generate an HTML signature that works in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail — with logo, contacts, social links and a legal disclaimer.

  1. Fill in your details

Name, role, company, phone, email, website. Optional: photo, company logo, social links.

  2. Choose a template

Minimal (text + vertical rule), Card (elegant boxed), Photo-first (photo beside details), Corporate (large logo + info).

  3. Add a legal disclaimer

GDPR-friendly: 'This email may contain confidential information...'. Useful for lawyers, doctors and consultants.

  4. Copy the HTML or export to your client

Paste straight into Gmail (Settings > Signature), Outlook (File > Options > Mail) or Apple Mail.
