What we do NOT handle through these channels

  • Phone support — to keep a written record of everything, we only handle via email.
  • Personal WhatsApp — any profile claiming to be Quorify on WhatsApp is NOT us. Report as fraud.
  • Requests for other users' data — only under formal judicial order.
  • Refunds outside the 7-day window — we evaluate case-by-case, but it's not guaranteed.
